The Fall Crossing

Hey everyone! In light of the recent Autumnal Equinox, I wanted to send a quick message to you to speak on the themes of the upcoming season.

Over the past years, it has become increasingly apparent to me that the human psycho-spiritual maturation process has an important correlation with the rhythms of the Earth. For many years in a row, I noticed that in Autumn I would begin to feel a low level melancholy, an ache of grief that would slowly grow in intensity the longer I refused to acknowledge it. Every time it felt like something was ending: a relationship, a story about myself, a way of being that had gotten me to where I was but couldn’t take me any further, etc. I noticed these same patterns play out in others too, and I realized that like the trees, we humans also go through a process of shedding and letting go in Autumn.

For a long time, each year I would bottle up these feelings, where they would either end up bursting forward in uninhibited ways, or calcify into depression. But, slowly yet surely, I learned that the Autumn season was inviting me to shed, release, and let go of what was no longer mine to carry in my life. Each year, I got a little bit better at dying. When I began to hear the whispers of Autumn this year, something was nudging me to invite others into this process too, and so I decided to create an affordable, 8 week group cohort with this intention in mind.

If you too are sensing there’s something important for you to let go of this Autumn — a set of negative habits, a way of being, an outdated and used up identity, and you want to be supported in a powerful, safe, and intentional container with like-minded and like-hearted others in this process, consider joining The Fall Crossing cohort I’m hosting over at the Soulful Synergy Sanctuary on Skool!

We begin on Sunday, October 4, hope to see you there!: https://www.skool.com/the-soulful-synergy-sanctuary-6543/about
